Database publishing for the Tankoa Yachts catalogue

Tankoa Yachts entrusted LanMan Associates with developing a database publishing system for managing information brochures and the corporate catalogue.

Intervention Strategy

Tankoa Yachts S.p.A., a new reality in luxury yachts, requested the implementation of a database publishing system to manage their information brochures and corporate catalogues concerning the new S65 model and future models. Based on a template that was already preset the LanMan Collabora software was built with the page layout extensions, in order to be able to manage, with full autonomy, the contents of the individual pages in different languages, images, etc. Actually, it can handle all the text-based content (text, page title, subtitle, etc) as well as the graphic design aspects (background colour of the page, images, logos, text colour, borders, etc) on every single page of the brochure. All the data included is found inside the integrated database which was created to support the system.
Once all the required data has been entered, the system generates the new pages with the just added content and is ready to be printed in low or high resolution or saved to a file.

This system can create pdf files that are ready to print (high resolution) or be distributed in electronic form.
An endless number of brochures, catalogues, flyers, etc. with as many pages as you like can be created and managed.
