A revolutionary project in a frame of absolute beauty, born to become a privileged meeting place between experts in field and the producers, a place "to create" culture about wine, organizing conferences, seminars and university lessons.
The Enosis Meraviglia project is developed on three fundamental pillars.
Research
On a surface of 300 m², oenological research with an high level of elaboration made in equipped laboratories with highly accurate tools.
Training
University lessons of oenology in classrooms on a surface of 800 m², master in oenology in a multifunctional building, annual meetings with the best world experts in Grape Growing and Oenology in the conference hall, media press about the state of the research in the multifunctional building and tasting room.
Analysis
Over a surface of 400 m², analysis for quality control and consultation, and annexed experimental vineyard of 4,5 hectares, where will be collected the most important varieties.
Enosis is a center of services and research on Oenology and Grape Growing, founded in 1990 by Donato Lanati, oenological technology teacher in the University of Turin, and a oenologist of world-wide fame
The multimedia installation of LanMan Associate is an enchanted garden, which is composed of seven "flowers" framed in an emotional space of great suggestion. Stone, iron, and light are the matters on which the chromatic score is planted and expressed" - so Gino Lanzetta, artist and creative director of LanMan Associates, explains - "the structure of the flowers consists of a stalk of cut metal in oxide green, in which a tubular rib has been inserted".
"The ultra-thin screens, which constitute the petals, are covered by oxidized and rusty sheet iron; at the base there's an iron plate with 4 screws, fixed upon the black stone floor". On the monitors situated upon the opposite structure, pictures scroll down with both functional and visual characteristics. In this way, the project assures a result in both the aesthetical and contents profile.
From the aesthetic point of view, the emotional and iconic effect appears successful, for the movies scrolling on the monitors and the characteristics of the exhibition structure work as a hardly avoidable charming point. The content of the short movies is another source of interest. In fact, there are images of both graphics and a functional kind. Sequences of pure aesthetical fruition alternate with movies, which will have a permanent programming schedule.
