Intranet and Content Management System (CMS)

By virtue of the experience acquired through the creation of large and complex web portals for Public Administrations and companies, LanMan Associates has developed a solution including many services (graphic design, functional design).  As well as a software "web based" application, which can create a management, system for internet/intranet, in compliance with the above-mentioned laws, directly linked to the documental treatment of the information (CMS).

This solution can be easily reduced to standard, enriched with further services and software applications. We can also transfer the contents that are on the customer's web portal in the new structure (start-up service).

The necessity to manage the content publication, in accordance with the laws and the principles of accessibility expressed by the (W3C), even after the restyling of the intranet/internet portal, gives the opportunity to offer different solutions for the application of the Content Management System. This, as a transversal application, will allow the Company's staff to generate all the desired contents in an accessible format, and to insert them in a proven graphic and functional context.

The application’s structure includes the following functional levels:

• Frontoffice: it's the visible part of the intranet portal, usable by users depending on their profile and their prerogatives.
• Backoffice - central administration: it is the functional part that allows the management to the users, assigning specific profiles that enable the writing of information and the visualization of the portal’s contents in particular areas.
• Backoffice - document insertion: the functional part that gives the enabled writers the possibility to insert documents and information on the portal (function).
